







- 닭도리탕/닭볶음탕 (spicy braised chicken), which I added 당면 (glass noodles) to, and 콩나물무침 (seasoned soybean sprouts) on the side – I made this for my parents and they said it’s the best meal I’ve ever made 😋
- 김치콩나물라면 (ramyeon with kimchi and soybean sprouts)
- 깍두기 (radish kimchi) – I got a good radish so it turned out very sweet
- 떡볶이 (tteokbokki) – anyone else prefer it with a soft boiled egg? I always see it with a hard boiled egg, but I like a gooey yolk.
- 콩나물밥 (soybean sprout rice) with an egg and sauce
- 김치찌개 (kimchi jjigae) with pork belly (and my Christmas penguin in the background)
- 주먹밥 (rice balls) with a vegetable (spinach, carrot, danmuji) and tuna filling, and 계란말이 (rolled omelette)
- This was a mini at home kbbq spread: 계란찜(steamed egg), 삼겹살 (pork belly), 오이무침(seasoned cucumbers), 장아찌 (soy pickles), and 기름장 (sesame oil dip) – made this to share with my dad for lunch and it was amazing
