Earlier this year I had an unassuming quick charcoal grilled burger from a spot in Mexico City called hamburguesas al carbon and I think about it several times a week. It was simple but so flavorful, light, and fresh. This is a super long shot but if you’ve had a similar experience here in new York please comment! The craving is insane! It’s just different from a regular burger or smash burger but I have no idea why!
