I sliced our prime rib a few minutes ago, and my husband went to get his serving (it’s just two of us and we’re watching Mandalorian…look away). I can now hear him in the kitchen moaning “omg, omg, omg”.
We’re having it with a side of mashed potatoes with scratch beef gravy and Brussels sprouts with balsamic reduction.
