Made Lasagna Bolognese and Ricotta and Sausage Stuffed Shells in Vodka Sauce from “Vegan Pasta Night” cookbook, plus Garlic Bread for Christmas dinner. Pignoli and Apple Pie for dessert. Had to improvise a bit rolling the pie crust as we’re in a rental while our kitchen’s being renovated and my rolling pin is packed away. Used a wine bottle wrap in cling film and it didn’t do too shabby a job.
