7 LB Rib roast slathered in garlic butter and smoked at 225 until 120 internal. Pulled roast and turned smoker up to 425. Back on for 15 minutes until 128 internal and let rest for another 15 mins.

Strained the butter drippings and will use for the next few months. Unbelievably good! Let me know if you have any questions.
