Spicy Pepperoni. Spicy Italian sausage. Banana pepper. Jalapeno. Ground pepponcini peppers. Buffalo sauce. Spicy garlic sauce. 6 packets of crushed red pepper. . Tiny bit of hot lemon pepper. Many many dashes of scorpion sauce (not from papa johns 😂) cheese blend and idk what else.. everything papa johns sells that is spicy… Was on this "pizza". It was so good but my shits were fiery the next day 😭
