Simple to make, and extremely tasty.

Ingredients:
50g butter, chopped into small pieces
A couple of garlic cloves, finely grated
Juice & zest of 1 lemon.
1 tsp finely chopped herbs (I've used parsley & basil here)
Freshly ground black pepper & grated parmesan to serve.

Cook pasta. Whilst the pasta cooks, prepare the rest of your ingredients.

Melt butter in a saucepan until bubbling. Add the garlic & lemon zest and cook for around a minute. Add lemon juice & a tbsp of water from the pasta, stir to combine, and cook whilst stirring for 1-2 minutes, you want the butter to start going a golden brown colour at this stage. Add the chopped herbs, quickly stir in, and remove from heat.

Mix sauce with pasta, and top with black pepper & cheese.
