Planned this dinner hoping we'd be celebrating a Michelin star. After eating at both Cariño and Valhalla I think both are deserving, but Valhalla more so. Really enjoyed the entire menu, but standouts were the mushroom, lobster, beef, and pavlova. My wife doesn't like fine dining desserts so I happily finished her pavlova and could honestly have had 5 more. My wife did the NA pairing which was extremely good, and I had the regular pairing which was a mix of sake, beer, mead, and wine. Next time I'll give the reserve pairing a try, I usually prefer only wine. Vibes and music were also an excellent, the space felt very sexy. 9/10 would definitely return.
