Congratulations. You probably had a limited menu that didn’t need embellishments.

A little white pepper and some seasoned rice wine vinegar. Instant hot and sour.

After nights like those…making a sandwich is too much work.

I did 270 covers earlier…. my dinner was a sad looking curly Marmite sandwich because my other half made it for me early and I was late getting out after potwash got stacked.

    Merry Christmas eh?

Now to do it all again today for Boxing Day!

Remember when the blue package was called Oriental Flavor?

Cook noodles in plain water, drain, Kewpie mayo and some furikake. Add a quarter/half the seasoning pack in, mix. Add green onion. Lay down in bed, and think about what I’ve done with my life. Eat

That must have been one rough shift. I wouldn’t have the energy to cook even that.

But better choice than cigarettes and beer. lol Merry Christmas.

Planning to eat a hot dog after my 11 hour shift today. Maybe some cheetos idk. Cheers to you OP and everyone else working this week!

Not for nothing but are you looking for pity? There’s no way that you couldn’t have packed yourself a meal from all the food you prepared. I just don’t get this. Please explain. I honestly can’t make sense of why you would not put some of the food you prepared aside for yourself.

  11. My after work, 1am goto is usually a bong and a bowl of breakfast cereal.

  12. When i started working in a kitchen, the head chef told me ” If you are hungry while working in a kitchen then you are stupid” Those words stuck with me and i have never been hungry since then.

A busy mechanics car is the last to get fixed and the carpenter never has time to finish the work on his own house. It makes sense you’re having Ramen, I doubt you feel like cooking.

  14. GreenGrapes42

Idk why but I thought these were giant Ramen noodle pillows

  15. the666briefcase

Hey you’ve earned that top ramen bro savor it

I work a c-store/sandwich shop. We served probably 2,500 people during my shift, not including the extra four hours I was there trying to catch up on the back end. Dinner was 3 chicken strips, and I’m washing it down with a Tropical Beer Hug tall boy.

Back in my dad we called them oriental. Because the label said so. Pepperidge farm remembers.

  18. Hey man you worked hard get your self some some chili flavour

  19. Why don’t you make a portion for yourself? You lead the kitchen! If the owner is such a cheapskate it is better for you to leave for another job.

You know, ramen is more than i can bring myself to make after a long day, that’s why i like to fail back on the good old fashioned pb&j sandwich.

  21. CasualObserver76

This used to be called “Oriental” flavor.

  22. mooseflips

Hope there was a nice, rich, runny poached egg on top OP. It is the holidays after all. Merry Christmas and rest up my friend. You’ve earned it.

  23. Super-Western-8482

I highly recommend Shin ramen next time

  24. Mamula4MVP

Use to do that every meal in college dining with multiple stations

  25. dekabreak1000

I’ve never heard or seen soy sauce flavor

Anyone else not like to eat the food theyve been cooking all day at work? For some reason after cooking the same meal stuff all day, I have no desire to eat the stuff I am constantly around
