Keep going all the way to the end everyone. I was concerned with slide 2 also, but he finished cooking it by the end.

Second pic was perfect. Stop there next time and enjoy

Lol the steak police were so excited to jump in like fucking dorks and criticize the cook. They didn’t even scroll to the end for the final temp. Looks good

So you cook to get a good sear and then you put it back on in pieces? I’m just wondering what your technique is

  7. I never had either picahna nor prime rib, so idk

  8. Picahna is delicious but for many people when it comes to holidays and celebrations, prime rib is the way to go and there is no debate. We have picahnas on Sundays. We have prime rib for Christmas.

People get to the second slide and just *have to* race to the comments to say it’s raw, without viewing all the slides lol.

  10. My mouth was wide open at the 2nd pic, then drooling by the last. Beautifully done.

I like the look of the rice you’ve had it with as well.

  13. I was real concerned at Pic 2 not gonna lie but you came back around lol. Wonderful cook here.

Nice work bruh. Picanha is my goto cut for everyday steak. I did a dry aged strip loin that was waaay better than I expected it to be.

Picahna is an underrated cut. I hope it stays that way.

  16. Looks great! I haven’t had a chance to play with picanha yet, but this looks like the way for sure.
