I didn’t want to add the calories from the oil but It’s tough to cook mushrooms in a dry pan without them coming out gross.
I had a coffee (5 cals) + almond milk to cool it down (7 cal).
I’m very full from this meal. How the hell did I eat so much before? This was super filling. Mushrooms add good volume at low calorie cost. Planning on a chicken Ceasar for dinner.
Swap avocado oil for avocado oil spray. Swap toast for keto bread toast. Swap cottage cheese 1% for fat free cottage cheese. What’s the point of the seeds?
