In the Netherlands we celebrate 2 days of Christmas! Today was with my in-laws.
Oeufs mayonnaise, Trout en papilotte, coq au vin, THE Hasselback gratin, ginger glazed carrots and sautéed green beans.
Also a ribeye I unfortunately served too well done 😔
