  1. With white fish perhaps you could make something similar to a tuna salad and add a scoop of that on top for some protein! Grapes might be a nice pairing in that, too!

  2. You should try making your white fish how you usually do, and then dipping it in some olive oil, and then dip it in some crushed water lily seeds and salt and then frying it in olive oil ❤❤

  3. Does your mcas allow you to steep one safe ingredient in another?

    Because raspberry "vinegarette" steeping raspberries in the olive oil…
    And then lime and salt obvs 🙂

    In terms of actual salad suggestions i have none, but olive oil does work for steeping

  5. Hi, have you tried glass noodles? They are most commonly made with mung beans, but I did some research and you can substitute the mung beans starch with green beans starch just they are not as silky and transparent. Maybe you can visit and asian supermarket or order them online

  6. If you accidentally eat something your not supposed to do you use an epi pen or is there something specific for mcas

  7. Cant have lettuce…but can have Cucumbers. Theyre both majority just water! That's so cruel 😫
