    While it does look a bit overdone as other commenters are saying, it still looks super moist and tender, and I bet it tasted amazing!

    i’m seeing so many prime ribs on reddit this year, and about 90% of them have really weird looking fat. is that just the cut?

    Kenji has done blind taste tests cooking highly marbled cuts to medium or medium-well, and testers almost always prefer the fatty cuts to be ‘overcooked.’

    It may not be as picturesque as a rare prime rib, but I bet it tasted even better!
