MOSS POINT, Miss. (WLOX) – Giving back with clothing, hot meals, and toys — all for free.

On Wednesday, Good Bros. Seafood co-owner Tina Good, along with a dozen volunteers, gave what is a Christmas miracle to some.

“It just touches my heart to give back . . . I just thank those who have come out today to give their time during this Christmas season,” she said.

Brenda Taylor, alongside six others from Moss Point High School class of 1981, are keeping the Christmas community event going.

“So many people are unfortunate and I am just so blessed that God has blessed me to be able to do something, you know to help someone,” said Taylor.

For Dinah Lee, she is no stranger to volunteering her time hoping to make a difference.

“All my kids are grown and everything, yeah I love it. Actually, I’ve really, really enjoyed preparing for it,” she said.

“A lot of times I see people walking and I’ll turn around and I’ll go and get them something to eat. I’ll tell them, stay right there, you know, it’s nothing wrong for helping people,” Lee added.

The seafood business opened in September with a drive to help others.

The owners say their mission would not be possible without organizations like “HealERnation” of Gautier, who donated some of the food.
