On this recipe we need;
Olive oil 1tsp
Butter 50g
Garlic 2 cloves
Red chilli flakes 1tsp
Lemon juuce 1/4 cup
Lemon zest 1tsp
Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup
-cooked the pasta in salted water
-Heat the olive oil in a large pan and melt the butter in it
-stir in garlic and red chilli flakes and cook for 1-2 min until the garlic changes its color
-transfer the pasta to the pan and toss well to cover it with butter
-add the pasta water
-stir in lemon zest and juice
Then add the parmesan and toss well to combine
– topped with additional grated cheese and chopped parsley
-season to taste
