I see two things, the cracking from the stem running vertically downwards towards the flower end, and the beige scarring/spotting.
The cracking is pretty unavoidable in many heirlooms like black Krim, Cherokee purple and Carbon. It’s oftentimes just a feature of the genetics, although certainly it will be exacerbated by inconsistent watering. Heavy rains can cause it even once while fruit is forming. Where I live there is zero rain during the tomato growing season but certain varieties will still show cracks.
The beige spotting looks a bit like sun scald, although it’s very possibly bacterial in origin, or possibly pest related.
