I just ordered one of these with an Amazon gift card I got for the holidays. I’ve been addicted to my Weber Slate but want to get my kettle back into my rotation for doing burgers/chicken/brats/wings.
Most of the hype about the Vortex I see is about making wings crisp…is it also worthwhile for other stuff like chicken breast, burgers, etc?
