If a couple of the dishes had a little more substance to them, I would consider é a world class experience. Almost everything tastes so delicious and they do a lot of really great presentation and playing, but it’s unacceptable to leave a dinner that expensive and with that many courses hungry, which unfortunately is almost always the case there.

This looks cool as fuck. Maybe a bit less Ferran Adria and a bit more meat and I’d hop on a plane right now.

  3. Care to share anything about the experience? This is giving style over substance to me but I’d love to hear more

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had and would go back here over The French Laundry if I had to choose. The food is just so fun and inventive and so, so amazingly delicious! The Foie Gras sandwich and Iberico/caviar were my standout dishes.

I also love how intimate the whole experience is with only 9 or so seats and the team of chefs preparing everything right in front of you. The sommelier was also top notch with his pairings.

Not to mention, I absolutely adore Jose Andres and the humanitarian work he does.

If Michelin still came to Vegas, this place would have multiple stars.

Went in July. Great experience. Chef’s encouraged questions and the flavors were crazy. Only downside is that you’ll leave hungry.

What is number 9? Really impressive plating. Thanks for sharing.

Looks very interesting! Not to be that guy, but as sub rules request, can you tell us a bit more about the meal?
