Topped a frozen California Kitchen Margherita Pizza with leftover roasted chicken breast, more pizza sauce and fat free mozzarella. 1200 calories and 90g protein in total. Brb I’m going to demolish the entire thing as my single meal today.

    These pizzas are great and often are at sale like at Target! Sometimes I accidentally skip meals form working, and I’ll use that as my excuse to demolish these lol

    1200 for the whole thing is not bad at all!!!!! I know eating more meals in smaller portion curbs hunger better but…I kinda prefer eating two meals that’s it!

    Question about omad.. do u exercise? Go to the gym? Or even just walk or something? Im thinking of trying this strategy but I do go to the gym. Approx 20 min cardio 4x/week so it’s not that much. I find I’m hungry after and was wondering what ur experience is like
