



After receiving some korean ceramic pots from Hmart for Christmas, I'm at a bit of a loss on what to use them for. On the box it advises to keep the heat to medium at most for the bigger pot, with the smaller pot recommending low to medium-low heat. With that in mind, what recipes are ideal for these types of cookware? I see online it mentions soups and stews and others online appear to agree this is the main purpose. Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated so I can make the best use out of my new cookware!

p.s. It says marble pot on the front, but layers on the back mostly show it having ceramic coating. Not sure what difference this makes if any compared to normal ceramic cooking stuff, still a bit of a newbie when it comes to cooking 🙂
