Cooked cabbage (olive oil, garlic, salt n pepper), beans, Beyond sausage. I didn’t count cals but the sausage alone is 210. Everything else is probably between 100-200. Fuckin delicious

  1. I loooove braised cabbage and sausage. If you’re not a vegetarian/vegan, I have to suggest Aidell’s chicken sausages! They’re really well seasoned and delicious, and are between 170-210 depending on the flavor you get. Onions, cider vinegar, and a touch of mustard added to cabbage are such a huge flavor bomb for barely any added cals too! One of my all time favorite dinners.
