A proper BLT made with fresh in season tomatoes and quality bacon doesn’t need doctoring.
Perhaps you live somewhere where it’s peak tomato season, so carry on and eat them weekly, but In the states we are nowhere near peak tomato season, even if you’re in a state that has a year round growing season.

A few things. Toast the bread in the bacon fat. Shred the lettuce and put it on both pieces of bread to catch more drips. Season the tomato before making the sandwich so the salt can have a few mins to get into the tomato.
If you have a few extra mins, make your own mayo with an egg some oil some garlic and some Dijon and a hand blender.
