Threw a rib roast on and it came out great. Could've pulled it a few minutes earlier but I'm doing French dips tonight and it'll be great for that.

    Welcome to the rotisserie club.

    Try a whole chicken, or two opposing (for better weight distribution) next. There is simply no better way to cook a bird.
