Keep it simple.
18 meals of:
Slow cooked chicken 130g
Jasmine rice 100g
Steamed asparagus 50g
Seasoned with salt, lite salt, black pepper, turmeric and paprika.
500g extra of rice, which will be used to add to my egg meal in the morning.
I also have an oat meal before bed and the fruit you see in the bottom of the fridge throughout the day.
