Left over Xmas roast beef turns into a Philadelphia toasted cheese steak sandwich

Didn't have any hoagies at home so I made a Philadelphia cheese steak inspired toasted cheese. Thinly sliced rib roast with diced onions, mushroom duxelle and American cheese.
