I will have to try this. It looks fabulous! I live close to the ocean on the west side of the US and a firm white fish is not far away. We have something called rockfish over here. Well, they hide among rocks, hence the name. Very tasty white fish with a firm flesh. Next time I catch one I'll be making this – maybe with some potatoes or on a polenta.
