Got some new toys for Christmas I’ve been wanting to try out!
Got the vortex and a temp spike. Decided to try out some pork spare ribs (atleast that’s what the store said they were). I wouldn’t say this is the best but the meat did turn out moist and juicy with a nice smoke on it!

How do you like the Vortex? I bought wings today, but still looking for the Vortex at a good price.
Dinner is planned for the next few days, so the wings can wait a few days.
