This is my first brisket attempt on my 780 pro. Trimmed it while watching the meat church tutorial. Seasoned with salt pepper and paprika. 16hr smoke in total.
Fairly happy with the outcome, nice and juicy with a nice smoke ring. Obviously beginners luck that my flat was slightly dry. Forgot the bend test. But loads learned for the next brisket
