It didn’t come out perfect but I’m beyond proud!
How does it look? What do you think? Anything I should do differently?
I found the recipe on Pinterest. It’s a recipe for beginners.

I mixed 60g of starter, 350g of water, 500g of bread flour, and 9g of salt. I mixed it up until it was shaggy and then let it sit with a damp towel on top for 45 mins.
I then did 1 set of stretch and folds and let it sit for 9 hours.
Once it was done proofing I then shaped it into a ball and put it in the banneton for 45 mins. After that I transferred to the oven at 450 degrees in a Dutch oven with the lid on for 30 mins and 20 mins with the lid off.
The recipe called for only 1 stretch and fold which I thought was odd but that’s what I did.
I left it sit on the counter at room temp (74 degrees) for 7 hours and noticed no rise. I then put it in my microwave for 2 hours and it did rise but it didn’t double.
My starter is 15 days old.
