I got this while Thanksgiving shopping cause I love lemon and was curious. It’s quite good! A bit sweet but very creamy and pleasant. So far I’ve only had it on some crackers and have been struggling to think of something to pair it with. Kinda want to make it into a grilled cheese with some caramelized onions? Not sure, I’m worried it’d be too sweet.
