Chicken Parm!

One of the better chicken parms out there imo. I tend to avoid chicken Parm unless I know the place because I don't want chicken fingers, nor do I want dried out breast. These are nice cutlets, still juicy and the sauce has the right flavor. Cheese is baked on and so not so stringy.
