It was cold. I bulk fermented for about 7 hours under the stove light. I used my go to recipe https://grantbakes.com/good-sourdough-bread/#mv-creation-10-jtr just triple the recipe. I baked using a Dutch oven, a challenger and a loaf pan.
I did not measure the dough after final shaping.
