Soon to be wife is 5 weeks pregnant and wanted L$L's. She loves the place and has been going ever since she was a kid. The one in South Austin that opened up was a blessing for us for a little bit.
Today, we got some food to be delivered, tipped $25 (60% of the total bill) and waited patiently.
2 Hours later, we got a bone dry Curry Chicken Katsu (paid for curry, no curry), 1 BBQ mix plate (galbi over done), and a 3 piece Musubi that never made it.
Called the store to see if they could reimburse us, or send a driver to fix their mistake. Instead I was told my choices were to make the hour drive there and back to pick up the food I paid to have delivered, or to deal with it.
It's not worth going anymore honestly. You're better off going to Popeyes. They're less likely to forget the food you paid for.
