Christmas Poppers

where a huge success thanks to the great advice on here. Did one small test batch at 400 and didn’t get the bacon crispy enough before the peppers cooked a bit over. These were the second batch at 425 and they turned out crispy bacon with the peppers cooked maybe half way. Spicy but not unbearable. I think this is my new method.
