I see green onions in there. Leads me to believe you’re eating a negitoro roll, which normally has green onions and tuna belly. It may not be tuna belly, but that’s what it’s suppose to be. Hope that helps

That’s not negitoro. It’s negihama or yellowtail/hamachi and scallion as others noted

Looks like Shiro-tekka. Traditionally made with hiramasa, but it could be hamachi depending on the season and the location where it was fished.
