    Red onion is good when you’re not cooking it, like on salads or sandwiches. For a pizza that’s going in an oven, it needs to be yellow onions.

    I love onions on my pizza! I usually put it under the cheese because they get dry without getting a nice char ( I’m saving up for an Ooni or similar pizza oven so I can get the crust and slightly charred toppings of my dreams).
