Asian guy here. Wanted to try cooking risotto for my family. I’ve cooked risotto a couple of times for myself before but not for family… I could not find porcini mushrooms or even button mushrooms this week which is a shame but nonetheless we were happy with the result. 😁 Also what risotto should I try next? I still have risotto rice left to cook another batch 😛
