Every January I do a family dinner using the 8qt slow cooker. Last year I made southwest chicken burritos and it was a bit too spicy for some people. So this year I’m a bit stuck. I was thinking beef stew with potatoes, but I’m not sure. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Beef stew with potatoes and carrots is our New Year’s eve tradition, get some rolls and butter and add a green salad.
