Chicken: seasoned with only “Spice Classics Cajun Seasoning” and cooked on medium-low for about 25-30 mins and then cooked on high for a while to get a nice char on the outside.

Rice/Vegatbles: 1 1/2 cup brown rice with a pack of frozen vegetables thrown in the rice cooker to steam (start rice alone first and get water bliling then put in veggies.)
