Went foraging with my boyfriend in the summer and I’m still so surprised with how amazing Mushrooms are. This is Chicken of the Woods that legit looks like chicken on our plant based meal. Same experience with Lion’s Mane and Oyster Mushrooms. My ultimate favorite is Shiitake though.
