mash 1 medium banana, add 2 TBS sugar free maple syrup, 1 TBS pb fit powder, 1 TBS water, 2 TBS all purpose flour, 2 TBS cocoa powder, a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of salt to an oven safe dish. bake at 350 for 6-10 minutes :•)
calories may vary a bit depending on the size of ur banana but this is soooo good 🍌
