Hi I drive a dump truck and have no break, usually working anywhere from 10-12 hours. I am sick of sandwiches, Ive eaten them for a month straight. I'm trying to find something I can kinda eat on the go since I can't really stop to be able to eat something that requires heating or a fork/spoon. Any ideas would help, I was thinking some soup in a thermos but also don't have soup ideas lmao. (Send help)

At home I often will eat a meal of just cured meats, cheese, and pickled vegetables. That’s something you could put in a container and eat as you drive. I also enjoy eating cold leftover grilled and sliced chicken with roasted vegetables (many can be eaten cold). If you’re ok with keto bread then you could do cold wraps or even warm burritos on low carb tortillas but the bread and the tortillas don’t work great for me.

Try things like jerky, roasted pumpkin seeds, almonds, cheese crisps, etc for snacks.

As for soup, buy yourself a whole chicken, bake it, make stock out of it, freeze the stock.

Harvest the chicken, freeze it in 1/2c portions wrapped in plastic wrap.

Use the stock to make a soup like chicken and broccoli, eggdrop soup (2c stock and 2 eggs boiled), do a creamy soup, etc.

That way, all these can go in your thermos 👍

Also, just doing chicken stock by itself is pretty filling.

Maybe also try cooking a steak or chicken thigh/breast the night before and keeping it in your cooler and eat it throughout the day?

Meatballs? Without sauce, or with the sauce on the side for dipping. I often have meatballs with cream cheese on the side for lunch when I’m at the office.
You can also cook eggs in muffin cases in the oven, with or without toppings, you can make a batch and have it in the fridge for a few days if needed.
Also, vegetables cut in sticks/bite size for the crunch and health benefits. Cooked or uncooked, although these are more like a thing to prepare the night before the shift rather than a meal prep.

Lunch meat and cheese wrap on keto tortillas, easy to make and hand held. When I take them out on the boat or whatever I usually wrap them in foil to meal prep them and avoid a mess. I like to use mustard and horsey sauce and whatever sliced meat and cheese(2), sometimes I add sprouts or lettuce to get some greens in
