    So I made 2 this year after seeing another post a few weeks ago. Just a tip when using grassy herbs like sage and parsley:

    Soak them in ice water for a bit before baking. Let them dry on a towel, and the. Soak them again right before baking. It’ll help them from burning. Putting oil on them isn’t enough sometimes.
