◽️cauliflower “shawarma” marinated for 30 minutes and air fried
◽️pickled red onions (homemade)
◽️lemon/harissa roasted carrots
◽️hummus (homemade)
◽️chopped pistachios
◽️parsley dressing (parsley, garlic, cumin, Dijon, balsamic, touch of maple, olive oil; blended)
◽️romaine (underneath, and dressed with above dressing)
