Tried making a dark chocolate cranberry loaf and it's sooo good i have to share😄.

I've loosely followed this recipe:
https://www.pantrymama.com/chocolate-sourdough-bread/. Using my usual sourdough loaf recipe, i added 6% of cocoa powder, and additional 10% of brown sugar. Then folded in dark chocolate chips and some dried cranberries during shaping.

My room temp is around 29°c, and so i ended BF when around 25% rise achieved. Starter % is at 10%. Hydration is 73%. In hindsight, i would slightly increase the hydration % with the addition of cocoa powder.

    Exact recipe used:
    268g 13% protein bread flour
    6g salt
    197g water (~75% hydration)
    29g wholewheat starter (10%)

    +16g cocoa powder
    +27g sugar
    + 75g choco chip and cranberry
