    That’s cause it ain’t a steak or a chop or anything to be proud of. Keep grinding up crappy cheap scraps and minced bits of meat, season it however you like, do whatever you want to it. It’s a waste of time. Just be a real man and season up some good meat and cook it, quit being cheap, this ain’t the old country.

    For context, this is some coarse ground brisket with some spices; onion powder, sweet paprika, garlic granules, sea salt and pepper.

    Grilled over some bamboo briquettes directly above the heat for a hot and fast cook.

    Despite looking like the origin of “shit on a stick”, it was pretty damn good.
