I’m back with another hyper-specific craving! Typically on menus under “Nem nướng Ninh Hoà” it has a crunchy tofu skin or spring roll wrapper in between the sausage and the other fillings. I used to have it often when I lived near San Jose, CA but can’t seem to easily find it in the countless pho/viet places near me in South Brooklyn. Tell me where to go!
