I made the good ol protein dough by mixing equal parts nonfat plain Greek yogurt and all purpose flour. To make these personal size, use 1/2 cup. Mine on the right had 1/4 cup Rao’s marinara, arugula, bocconcini mozzarella, red pepper flakes, and fig balsamic vinegar. It was so so yummy and filling! My pizza was roughly 500 cals total. Then I had some sample sizes of crumbl cookie as a sweet Nye treat! Ended at 1600 cals and pretty satisfied with that.

    Do you cook the dough partially before topping or can the toppings go on raw?
