Stainless steel pan, cooked steaks, then pulled and rested. Added some minced garlic in same pan, then some chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, and pasta water. Mixed until a simmer and then added Parmesan cheese until I liked the consistency. Added some parsley for garnish and red chili flakes for some heat. Big hit for our New Year’s Eve get together.
